Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of internal analytics and content-tracking tools operated by New Tec Agency ("we," "us"). This tool is an internal application used solely by New Tec Agency to track performance metrics on content published from TikTok accounts that New Tec Agency owns and manages.

1. Who this applies to

This application is used exclusively by New Tec Agency team members for internal business purposes. It is not offered as a public product or service, and is not intended for use by external individuals or organizations.

2. What the application does

The application connects, via TikTok's official API, to TikTok accounts owned and operated by New Tec Agency. It retrieves publicly available performance data — including view counts, like counts, comment counts, and share counts — for videos published from those accounts. This data is used internally to measure content performance and calculate payouts owed to New Tec Agency's team members for content they produce.

3. Account ownership

Only TikTok accounts owned by, or under the direct management of, New Tec Agency are connected to this application. New Tec Agency does not request, access, or store authorization for any TikTok account it does not own or directly manage.

4. Acceptable use

This application may only be used for New Tec Agency's internal business operations: tracking content performance and administering internal payout calculations. It may not be used to access, monitor, or retrieve data from any TikTok account not owned by New Tec Agency.

5. No warranty

This application is provided on an internal, as-is basis. New Tec Agency makes no warranty regarding uninterrupted availability or accuracy of third-party data retrieved through TikTok's API, as this data is dependent on TikTok's own systems and API availability.

6. Changes to these terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in how the application operates. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.

7. Compliance with TikTok's policies

Use of TikTok's API through this application is subject to TikTok's own Developer Terms of Service and API policies, in addition to these Terms.
