This Privacy Policy explains what data New Tec Agency's internal analytics tool collects, how it is used, and how it is protected. This tool is used solely for New Tec Agency's own internal business operations.

1. What we collect

Through TikTok's official API, and only for TikTok accounts owned and managed by New Tec Agency, we collect:

• Public video metadata (video ID, title, creation date, cover image)
• Public engagement metrics (view count, like count, comment count, share count)
• An access token and refresh token issued by TikTok, used to maintain the connection to accounts we own

We do not collect data from any TikTok account that New Tec Agency does not own or directly manage. We do not collect data about individual TikTok viewers or users who watch, like, or comment on our content.

2. How we use this data

Collected data is used exclusively to:

• Track the performance of content published from New Tec Agency's own accounts
• Calculate internal payouts owed to New Tec Agency team members based on content performance

3. Where data is stored

Data is stored in New Tec Agency's internal systems, including a private database and internal record-keeping tools, accessible only to authorized New Tec Agency personnel. Access tokens are stored securely and are never shared with any party outside New Tec Agency.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share collected data with any third party. Data is used solely for New Tec Agency's internal operations.

5. Data retention

Data is retained for as long as needed to support New Tec Agency's internal performance tracking and payout processes. Access can be revoked, and associated data deleted, at any time by disconnecting an account from the application.

6. Your control over connected accounts

Any TikTok account connected to this application can have its access revoked at any time directly through TikTok's own account settings, which immediately ends this application's ability to retrieve data from that account.

7. Changes to this policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated to reflect changes in how the application handles data. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
